Positive: Lovely property really near the beach and main cafes and shops in town but secluded. Couple running it were nice. Room small but perfectly formed, comfortable bed and good shower. Tea/coffee making facilities in room, not a given in France. Breakfast was excellent especially the range of delicious home made jams.

Positive: Location is great. Just a block in front of the sea The place is beautiful The “main” bed was ok
Negative: it smells…. The staircase and lobby We couldn’t really say what it was but it was strong and not at all pleasant The beds for my girls were quite uncomfortable The host that received us didn’t help us at all with our bags or at least the coats. He saw my little girls struggle with their suitcase (that carryons) and just stared at them. I found this rude

Positive: The owner, Stéphane, was very nice and accommodated us with our 2 dogs, although we did not announce it before and it was not charged extra! Stéphane also contacted us again to see if we had forgotten anything in the room. The room is very small, but it was sufficient for one night. We didn't have to pay for the public parking lot in front of the door, but I don't know if that's always the case. The location was perfect, the beach was right next to it and the small restaurants were also within walking distance. We also walked to Deauville. Please note: The stairs to our room werr very steep.
Negative: The breakfast is rather small and costs 10 euros per Person. The rooms are poorly soundproved.
Summary: Perfect accomodation for a short stay near the beach and Restaurants.

Positive: Good location! And the room 2 is super nice and confortable.
Negative: At first they assigned us the 4 floor by stairs and it was not confortable at all! The room is super tiny and you need to climb the 4 floors in a spiral stairs. The reception wasn't good either..smells badly.
