Negative: The lights in the kitchen don't work, the fridge is dirty and stinks, the kitchen is uncleaned and has worms from old food left behind.

Positive: This was the hardest part as their are no street signs in Sipalay, but we asked people and they helped us find it.

Negative: Extra water, needs better drainage and water proofing as well as moisture and mildew control.

Summary: Loved it for the price, and location. Great atmosphere but too much rain in Sipalay for me

Negative: Naubusan ng gasul kaya di kmi makaluto at first. Kettle is not working and circuit fluctuation on kitchen and cr di kaya kapag sabay bukas ilaw at shower.
