Negative: When we got there I was surprised to find no sign from the outside to help us locate the resident. There was no reception and Fary as lovely as she was could not speak English this was a real problem. We got no. Informed on the area nothing. .You need to take a taxi everywhere not expensive but unfortunately the taxi the hotel called for us was dirty and the driver was on the phone all the time so dangerous..I expected our room would be refreshe6 everyday with at least clean towels but not so.On our second day we waited outside the front door for 15 minutes before the sweet lady in the kitchen came to let us in..She was it appears cook and receptionist. Yes le Maison Taroudant is nice but unfortunately lack of staff and information it was not for me .

Positive: What a beautiful property. Such a treat to stay here. As you step through the door instantly you’re immersed in a gorgeous, relaxing garden with a stunning pool. Our room was lovely - French provincial with a balcony overlooking the garden. Breakfast was lovely - everything about the property was just perfect. Such a stunning place.

Positive: La Maison Taroudant is quite a surprise! From the moment you enter through the front door from a rather typically dusty narrow street, the luxury and elegance of the property strikes you. Beautiful soft furnishings with calm spots to relax in. and to top it all, a tranquil garden full of orange trees, tropical plants and a most invitingly peaceful pool. Fery, the host, greeted us with a smile; she is utterly charming and helped us to book a restaurant for our first evening and then served us a sophisticated three-course dinner at the property the following night. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Nothing was too much trouble.

Negative: Our one disappointment was that our room was rather small and it was difficult to move around. It did however come with a pleasant en suite bathroom with soft towels and bathrobes.

Summary: A very peaceful two-night stay, made particularly special by the kindness of the host.

Positive: It's almost impossible to describe such a wonderful stay. Margaux and her women's team are offering just a full immersion in luxury but familiar experience. We lover the room (deluxe with balcony with the best linen!), the genuine breakfast, the authentic and stunning indoor and outdoor spaces. There's plenty so that everyone has its own privacy. The garden, an oasis of beauty and perfection, was just the best place to be, and where we could have dinner in the evening. We'll come here again, that's for sure.

Positive: The fantastic staff- Margaux and her team of Fatima and Wisely. They could not do enough for guests. Beautiful garden and inside seating areas with a fire lit in colder days Delicious home cooked food.
