Positive: Beautiful home with everything required for a very comfortable stay. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated with plenty of room for the many visitors we had coming and going. Fabulous area close to my sisters place. Even the torrential rain did not affect our stay due to the huge entertainment area outside :)

Positive: Layout was perfect, comfortable beds, quiet street and well equipped for what we needed. Love the front loungeroom for quiet mornings. Even though no aircon in three of the bedrooms, lounge aircon seemed to cool the whole house down enough to sleep comfortably. Outside area was very spacious and clean.

Negative: Ice maker/water dispenser didn't work in the freezer😥 A roof fan would have been great in the two rooms instead of the upright floor fans as they were a bit noisy and didn't do much...but they are minor issues.

Positive: A lot of room, fully functional standalone house.

Negative: The only nit pick was the lack of hot water. Water came out only lukewarm for the majority of our stay.

Positive: The location was perfect for our show staff as it was close to QSEC with plenty of beds

Negative: The washing machine didn’t spin the clothes very well and the dryer took forever
