Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Asnelles, this charming house with sea view, at less than 100 meters from the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of about 1 200 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you !
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed and dining area
- A wood-burning stove (wood supplied)
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower, bath and toilet
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
Outside :
- A private, heated swimming pool, 6.5 m x 4.5 m, from 1st June to 31 of August, secured by a rigid cover. Opening dates non-contractual.
- A beautiful garden of 1,200 m², facing south, fully fenced, with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A terrace is available in front of the house, facing the sea

Summary: La Marée "A delightful house in an excellent location 🙂 excellent location and the house itself was excellent 🙁 unfortunately the keys were not in the safety box when we arrived at 4.00 on a Sunday afternoon. Nearly had to stay in a hotel but the owner turned up after some frantic phone calls."

Summary: La Marée "The place is an absolute gem, with a fantastic view over the beach, and a nice private pool. Very easy check-in, nice and clean apartment, and it had everything we needed. Our dog loved the fenced garden! :-) No doubt in my mind that this is a 5-star stay. I see that previous guests were not happy with their stay which seemed odd to us. We however had no issues during our stay, and I ultimately think the difference comes down to communication from the firm that is taking care of the bookings. When we had a question on checkout, they just gave us a phone number and an email address and we gave up right away… I’d find a different firm to manage my bookings, in which case I can say with confidence: The place is fantastic and has our highest recommendation"

Summary: La Marée "I have never complained and delayed this review awaiting comment to these points. Communication was poor we were delayed getting into the apartment as we had no communication from the owner. We tried to phone /text in English and French several times eventually the owner arrived. There was a smell in the property that smelled of smoke. The property was stunning with lovely fittings, however there was no wardrobe and we ended up putting clothes on the stairs and in kitchen cupboards. The bathroom shutter did not work so no natural light. The electric gates were not reliable sometimes only one gate opening. Our biggest complaint was the pool was not available. I have a pool at home which we use every day. When I removed the cover there was a lot of sand in the pool. I was concerned as to whether the pool had been treated. Tried to ring several times- no answer. I expected a refund of some description- no reply. Little info on the area. I have always given good reviews."
