Summary: Staying on a houseboat was great experience. There was a hot tub and a sauna. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a little difficult to get to. Paid extra to park in an enclosed parking space.

Summary: Novelty of staying on a houseboat is fun, and the place was nicely laid out and clean. However, there is essentially nothing in the immediate area for dining or amenities. There's a plaza of stores about 2km away. Immediate vicinity is a bit gritty and public transport is limited. It was odd to feel isolated yet look across the harbor and see a bustling city. A car or Uber is almost a must. My houseboat had a swampy smell to it. It wasn't the marina; the air outside smelled fine. Maybe need to clean a bilge pump or something.

Summary: We weren't sure when we arrived to find ourselves in the middle of an industrial estate but once we'd settled in we really enjoyed our stay. It's about a 10 min walk to the tram - get yourself a day pass as it makes life so much easier and it even includes the ferries to the archipelago. The boat was comfortable and well equipped. We slept very well.
