A house full of history and preserved in its style and situated on the seafront in a fishing village on the southwest coast of the island. The access to the 2 homes in the first floor are through a canarian patio with garden. All rooms are located and has access along a balcony overlooking this patio. The property has a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining area, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the large terrace with fantastic views to the Atlantic and the neighboring island of La Gomera, the beach and small fishing port. Who does not want to walk 3 minutes to the beach has just in front of the house an access to the sea via a ladder. It is perfect for people who are looking for something different, bohemian and quiet in front of the sea. The other home in the house is almost empty because the homeowners does not live in the Island. The house is equipped with photovoltaic panels, in order to achieve maximum energy efficiency.It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation.
