Positive: In a lovely and quiet location, within reach of national parks, Aquila, Grotte di Stiffe and Rocca di Mezzo. You can park temporarily outside the property but you may want to park your car and then walk to the property. The room was fresh, modern and clean but in the case of my single room, on the small side. It had good double glazing, which was helpful in the morning due to the works being carried out on other houses (Abruzzo is still an open working construction site due to earthquakes from some years ago) but don't let that put you off the region, as it is stunning and not too far from Rome, etc.

Negative: There was a shower curtain in lieu of the shower door but they explained that it had broken and that they were aiming to replace it. Parking was ok but beware that you might find it easier to park in front of the school/commune office building.

Summary: Good location, quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff.

Positive: Very beautiful and wonderful host. Luckily I was able to contact by phone and she met us by street. Delicious breakfast.

Negative: Very difficult to understand street signs. GPS sends down narrow streets! It would help to know it is on a corner!

Positive: Super nice breakfast! The Host (wonderful lady) was very hospitable and served true Italian breakfast with home made Cappuccino. Loved it!

Negative: It is unfortunate that the village do not have where to eat (Pizzeria or Restaurant) and you need to drive. Though it is not far away, couple of km.

Summary: Lovely place in Countryside, very nice rooms (seems like recently renovated and kept very clean).
