Summary: The staff here is all exceptionally friendly and keep the hotel very clean. The breakfast offerings are delicious and plentiful. The beds are comfortable and there is a variety of pillows from which to choose. I highly recommend, and if you go, please say hello to the owners, Lorena and Piero.

Summary: A lovely spot on the edge of town, great place to recharge or base a winetasting trip. Don’t miss a dip in the pool on a hot day - so refreshing!

Summary: Excellent friendly staff! Grounds are well maintained and peaceful atmosphere. Good breakfast - lacks a bar (but can buy drinks from reception). We had a balcony room - was great but decor slightly dated. We hired bikes from hotel (okay and came with helmets) - it is about 40 mins cycle to main wineries - sadly some of the route is fast roads (Uber is very cheap however). Would stay here again!

Summary: La Perla made our visit to Santa Cruz and the surrounding wine region a delight. The hotel grounds we beautiful and the hotel was spotless! Great service at front desk with efficient help in setting up winery visit, dining reservations and horseback rides. We would without a doubt use La Perla again.
