Positive: Beautiful location, very clean and tidy. Host helpful in responses to queries.
Negative: The place needs some maintenance and upkeep. Cooker was broken - we were advised to use the microwave / cooker combo, but this was quite small to fit adequate food into. Decking was lifting and a trip hazard, fans didn't work in either the bathroom or toilet and shower didn't drain properly. These were all just little things that need a quick fix.

Positive: The apartment is very simple but everything is there - wardrobes, kettle, heating/air conditioning, a big south-facing balcony, individual access, nice breakfast. Séverine is attentive to individual needs. The property has parking and is very close to Marciac centre with all it's restaurants and galleries and also to a fairly large supermarket.
Negative: The ceiling is apexed and very high and the heater is high up on the wall so the heat tends to stay in the apex which meant the room never felt very warm. There is only one opening window which is in the bathroom and there isn't a heater in the bathroom, so in winter, if you need fresh air, the bathroom isn't very warm.
Summary: Pleasant, convenient and functional.
