Positive: Location was great in the piazza Luciano and team were very friendly and genuinely attentive and went above and beyond with the service to their clients Helped us with all our needs Our 2nd time staying in a property that Luciano manages and would definitely do it again he is fabulous Our breakfast was served on the terrace and our breakfast lady was amazing providing us with a substantial continental breakfast
Negative: We had a lot of stairs to the upper unit which I didn’t expect but in Italy I guess you have to expect that

Positive: The hosts were attentive and provided clear, useful information during our stay. It was also convenient that we could leave our luggage after check-out. While the breakfast options were quite limited, the cornetti stood out as the best we tried in Italy. The hotel is located very close to both the port and the bus station, which made getting around Amalfi and beyond much easier.
Negative: The biggest downside was the room “view” — it looked directly onto a close wall with a visible pipe, which made the space feel quite closed off and gloomy. It really affected the overall atmosphere of the room. Breakfast was also quite minimal and could have benefited from a bit more variety.

Positive: Luciano is a wonderful host. Luciano personally welcomed us and provided detailed information about the property, how to get around Amalfi and where to eat. He almost provided us with various brochures of hiking routes and places of interest. We had our best hike through the Valley of the Mills using one of the brochures. The property was comfortable, quiet and clean, location was excellent, and breakfast at the rooftop was plentiful and provided a good start to each day. Natalia who served us our breakfast is such a dear and always asking us if we needed more food. Through the property we also had our transport and tour to Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius organised and everything went according to plan. Much thanks to Luciano and his excellent team Luisa and Natalia for a wonderful experience at Amalfi.
