Positive: Incredible facility. I was there in January. Snow and cold. Located at top of a beautiful hill in Tuscany. Once pellet stove was blazing the apt was really toasty. Owners were incredible. Even with language barrier we understood each other. Fabulous views

Negative: It was cold when i arrived. But once stove was blazing was cosy.
