Summary: The hosts were amazing. The room was clean and the location was perfect! My only critique is the bathroom situation. The bathroom for the room I had was out in the hallway. This was very uncomfortable because even though the bathroom was private only for myself, it is in a public hallway and the cleaning staff can enter it at any time to clean it. There was no Do Not Disturb sign, or lock that would prevent someone from entering. I also had to make sure to take my key to bathroom every time, which is something that can easily be forgotten. But everything else was nice and I would stay here again if I was given a different room with an ensuite bathroom.

Summary: Excellent location for walking and exploring the city. We enjoyed walking to the Spanish steps, trevi fountain, the Vatican, Colosseum, and discover our favorite pasta, pastry, gelato places in town

Summary: I was under the impression that I was booking a hotel room, instead it was a nice appartment that had been subdivided into 5 rooms. Clean, comfortable but small, well located but not what we expected

Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. Patrizio was helpful in getting me checked in and acclimated. La Piccola Maison was conveniently located next to great restaurants and shopping. I was able to walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps in a matter of minutes. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe at all times. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Our room was clean, small and efficient. The place was easy to check in and out of and close to the metro. We spent one night there after a 2 week holiday in Italy . We had an early flight out of Rome and the location was great for a fun last night in Italy and convenient to get to the airport.

Summary: My husband and I stayed there for one night and it was the perfect space to rest our heads. The hosts made it very simple and easy to get in & enjoy our time in Rome. Great distance for wandering around & sight seeing for the short period of time we were there. Would definitely come back!
