Summary: 1 set of towels in room, no light bulb in lamp, no condiments in room. From dest was nice he did give us some. Hallway carpets really dirty. Breakfast was late 20 min and only water down apple juice to drink, besides coffee with powder creamer. Not a lot to choose from on breakfast need a better cook and variety.

Summary: 99.% of staff were amazing! Breakfast was ok cold. If u want jelly u share out of the same jelly jar. I was charged a 50.00 deposit when I never read that up front. It’s not a place I would go back to. Cleaning staff are amazing!!

Summary: Everything was good but the room needed more lighting. Also needed complimentary shampoo, soap, and cream. Those were the two main reasons.

Summary: Upon arrival, there was a homeless fight in the parking lot in front of the main entrance. The hallway smelled like urine. The carpet was horrific. I had to go to Walmart to buy a candle and plug-ins. The bed pillows were the size of couch pillows. I trusted the pictures, but never again.

Summary: They do deserve top marks for their customer service. However, I was not told that there would be an early check in fee or how much it would cost. Had I known, the price of my stay would not have been worth the money at all. I hotel can be old and that’s fine and acceptable. Dirty is not acceptable. The carpet in my room could have been vacuumed better, there were yellow stains on the pillows, there was overall air

Summary: Good location for us but hotel is worn. Towels are terrible, carpet is very stained, pool was not working, and furniture needs to be replaced.
