Summary: Check in Was smooth we got to our room and the cleanliness was Dusty. Dirty towels and a tub full of dirty grey water. Not to mention the smell walking into the room and the used needle right outside our door. So I did go and ask for an exchanged rooms. Second room was better but still pretty dusty and the tv did not work at all called the front desk she came and tried to fix air and it didn’t work for her either.

Summary: The Hotel staff was very good and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself was in poor condition. The first room we were given had electrical issues. the second room we were given was extremely dirty. We found soap in the drain of the tub. The sink looks to be ready to fall off the wall. Dirt and debris littered the bath area. We had to clean our feet each day before we put on our socks because of all the dirt. The cleaning staff did mop the room but never bothered to sweep the dirt prior to mopping.

Summary: The hotel was old and in need of repair. The lock on the room was funky, not very secure. Very loud, cars coming and going through out the night. Location was convenient to the airport.

Summary: Every thing was good it could have been great if the breackfast would had enough food couse once it run out there where no more to refill .But the person doing the breackfast was real nice and she would explain why .

Summary: When we first arrived we got a room that had not been cleaned AT ALL (towels on the floor, beds not made, trash can full). The staff was friendly and apologetic about it and assigned us to another room which was average but at least clean. Breakfast options not good, waffle maker was broken.

Summary: At 1st I was gonna give a 1 star but the staff was really good but the pictures and advertisement didn't match. When I booked and then got there it didn't look the same as the pictures. When we got to the room there was no TV or phone so we had to switch rooms then got to the 2nd room and the lights wouldn't come on so then we switched to the 3rd room and it still wasn't up to par but we didn't wanna keep bothering them so we just dealt with it. We were on a college visit so we were gone most of the day and when we returned our cards didn't work and left us locked out of our room. Then I got charged double so I had to call my bank and send an invoice to get it corrected because the staff didn't believe me. It could've just been a circumstantial situation but it was definitely an inconveniece.

Summary: Staff was friendly but we asked for the trash to be taken out a few times and they never did. Key cards would stop working and had to go to the office to have them reset every day.

Summary: We stayed here after a long drive through a dust storm in the dark. The attendants were great. Service was good. The rooms themselves were in terrible condition. I say rooms because we tried two. The first room didn't have any locks on the door. The deadbolt was stuck and the latch was broken. In the second room, the latch was good but the deadbolt was also stuck. We opted to latch the door and barricade ourselves in with a chair. We were nervous about our cars all night but we were parked right outside our room and I slept with one eye open. In the morning, I decided to go check to see if our cars were broken into. Everything seemed untouched, which I was relieved about. Then I realized that I left my room key inside the room. Just for laughs, I decided to try the door anyway, and lol and behold, it opened right up. What a feature! I stayed here so you don't have to. Honestly, the staff I dealt with gets 5 stars. Still, don't stay here. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant that shares the parking lot was delicious. 20 bucks. Highly recommend.
