Summary: I booked this hotel at short notice so arrived about 4:30pm. There was cold, 11am coffee in the lobby... a baby that cried for hours across the hall from me... and I did not sleep well because the a/c vent in the my room made rattling noises. I totally understand the hotel is under renovation but they need to INFORM THEIR CUSTOMERS! This is my first time I was not happy with my stay and very disappointed that their breakfast hours start at 7am everyday... even on a Sunday!
