Summary: I love this La Quinta location. 10-15 min from any Duluth item you have on your list, but yet out of the craziness that can be canal park. Quiet and always clean.

Summary: The room was clean. The ceiling light by the door was burnt out so the entryway was dark in our room. Our phone did not work as well. Otherwise everything else was good.
