Summary: Nice hotel, quiet, could’ve been a little bit cleaner in the bathroom. TV batteries for the remote were out when I showed up in my room, which is disappointing. I wish they would’ve told me about the $100 hold deposit that they take when you first check in and how long it takes for them to send it back during the week.

Summary: Hotel is under-construction it was not listed anywhere on the site when booking. Also when we arrived we had to be let in our room by the front desk clerk due to the key machine not working, other than that the bed was comfortable, the room & bathroom were clean just a bit outdated but I believe once renovations are done everything should be okay

Summary: When I walked in the hotel there was tons of construction going on. So much so that you could not even walk up to the front desk cause they were building a front desk. The person working the front desk told me it was a $100 security hold for the room. I asked how long is the hold and he told me 7-10 business days. Needless to say I did that cash so that after an extensive room check upon checkout I could get that back. Then when I got in room it was very warm I had them come up to room and help me with ac. The guy was very nice and showed me how to work it but said needless to say the ac automatically shuts down every 4 hours. Well I left and came back at midnight and guess what? room was warm again. I then had the front desk come and look at it again and she suggested not to put the air on auto that seemed to fix it and the room stayed cool the rest of the night. I do think they need printed instructions on how to work the ac because that would have made things go so much easier all day. Pool was nice but the pool room is very warm needs some kind of air circulation. I did not eat the breakfast so cannot comment but they did serve a beef and noodles at night free to all guest. Thought that was a nice gesture. The hotel is a older hotel and do feel after all the renovations it will be a really nice place. The workers were all very nice and helpfull. But do not like the $100 hold they do.

Summary: Walking into this hotel, I wasn’t even sure I was in the right place. There was construction everywhere. I had to move some chairs to get to the check-in desk, tarps, and dust in the breakfast area. The side door which I came and went through was not locked did not have a a card reader for security was that was very disconcerting to me that anyone could come and go through that door.

Summary: When we checked in the first night and assigned a room, my wife and I entered the room. It had not been cleaned. The bedding and towels were still piled up on the bed, cans and bottles and food boxes all over the table. The desk part did assign us a different room, but no upgrade available. I did request for the room to be freshened up the next day for our second night. The only thing that was done was the towels in the bathroom were replaced. The bedroom was not freshened up.

Summary: Staff is friendly and helpful at front desk. Housekeeping didn't see the sign requesting room service so I had to go ask for towels. Hallway was a little smelly and facility has been under construction each time I've stayed here.
