Summary: This hotel was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good, but they did not have enough people helping to keep the food stocked (it was Welcome Week at Liberty). We waited in line for 30 minutes to get food.

Summary: Your employee went out of her way to help make our stay comfortable. There was no chocolate chips for waffles and my ask the young lady doing the breakfast did they have any chocolate chips. She said no unfortunately they didn't but she went out of her way to make a chocolate mixture so that he could have a chocolate waffle. I really appreciate the Way she went out of her way to accommodate him. Your facility was immaculately cleaned.. I will definitely stay at your facility again Thank you

Summary: Good clean hotel that looks either newly remodeled or just well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast options were good. Would recommend to anyone visiting Liberty University as it's conveniently located to campus and an affordable option

Summary: Night front desk was not friendly or helpful ; asked for Local Owned Family Friendly placed to eat & he recommended Food Court & Mall ; asked for 3 extra pillows & he said he would have to go down stairs to get them ( like he didn't want too ) when I did not say anything , he turned & went & got 2 pillows ( not 3 as requested ) with the pillow cases separate , I had to put the pillow cases on whenI got back to the room .

Summary: Myself, wife and daughter stayed here along with our small morkie. The room was great and the breakfast was amazing. Staff were helpful and very kind. I am definitely staying here again!

Summary: Already recommending this hotel to friends. They had a huge eating area in the lobby. Coffee and tea always available. Popcorn in the lobby during the afternoons. Great, hot breakfast in the mornings. Small outdoor pool was fine when the weather cooperated. Gym had a few treadmills/ barbells... nice and cool. Extremely convenient location for visiting Liberty University. Tons of food and shopping just outside your door. Appreciated the room layout with the sink outside the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our trip.
