Summary: We were happy with the area, how clean it was, the breakfast choices were good, other than no fresh fruit, pool was refreshing too. The only thing that was upsetting, was when I booked the room, I was quoted $59 but was charged $92. We didn't expect that at all. Not the hotels fault because I booked though Hotels.com.

Summary: Staff members were friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. The white bed linens were carefully made up though could have been a bit warmer. Nice clean towels. Soap in dispensers a good idea. Not all surfaces in the room were well dusted, i.e. trim around the sink, window sill, etc. There was dust collected around a tangle of wires under the bed. The caulking around the tub was old, some black mold. Could use refurbishing. We had a hard time figuring out the TV control and in the end couldn't turn it off completely. We unplugged it for the night and then couldn't restart it in the morning. Maybe something we did, or didn't do. Some info about the TV remote would have been helpful. We were also looking for info about amenities in the area though the desk clerk cheerfully directed us to a nearby restaurant that served good food. We appreciated that the room was quiet and made it possible for us to get a good night's sleep. Which is afterall the most important thing when you're on the road and away from your own bed.
