Summary: It was a great place to stay. Staff was kind and friendly. The only issue we had was the hot water was not working for a couple days.

Summary: The bed was too short for my husband. I don’t know if it was my fault and ordered two double beds thinking I was getting two queen size beds or not. The French doors leading into the bathroom were very dirty. Food was good and well supplied.

Summary: Good in general. The hotel was having hot water problems. Took a long time for the shower to warm up. Also, shower floor was very slippery, so you had to be careful. Breakfast was very good!

Summary: We arrived at 3PM and were checked into our room, but when we opened the door we realized that it only had one king bed. We booked a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed. I went downstairs and the man at the front desk said that our room was still being cleaned but we could check back around 4PM to see if it was ready. We went down to the pool then went out for dinner. When we got back to get into the correct room we were told that no suites were available. We had to downgrade to a room with two queen beds. They did offer a $30 refund but overall the experience was a disappointment.

Summary: Room was loud, thin walls, very loud a/c. No one would anwser the front desk phone or texting line. Tried calling 3 times. No one was at the desk saturday night at 5 pm either. They were nice enough to knock on my door asking if I was checking out an hour and half before it was time to leave. I won't be back.

Summary: The lobby seemed very clean, updated and gave me high hopes. When we got to the room, there were dead bugs all over the window sill and air conditioning unit. Some on the tv stand as well. I checked the beds and thankfully none in there, so I just cleaned them up and we stayed our one night. Was quite disappointed.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed staying at this location. I did give it 5-stars but I have to say, it seems like there is no monitoring of who goes in and out of the building. Seems like people from the neighborhood go to use the pool. We saw cars driving in, the families literally walking into the building, and straight the pool. Then after a while, getting in their car and leaving. That was a little frustrating because the pool was overcrowded. Which I understand, size of pool vs guests at the hotel, but to add neighborhood people that didn't even stay at the hotel?
