Summary: This hotel is run down, breakfast runs out pretty quickly and there is not enough seating for everyone but the staff is super friendly and this gives you access to private beaches at their sister properties so.....for the money it's probably worth overlooking all of that but still we need an update here.

Summary: We were in fo Gulf Coast Jam. location was convenient. Room was a little older but comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and present. security visible every evening.We were at the end of breakfast everyday so not much to chose from, but they had plenty of waffles,coffee and good cream. Breakfast area could have used a little more attention to detail. overall, it was good and i would stay again.

Summary: On the second day of my stay I was quiet surprised when I went for Breakfast and there were no plates. However before I finished eating the manager brought me a plate.

Summary: The property is on Rt 98 so beach is not walkable but only 5mins by car and there is beach parking there. All the staff was helpful and tried to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Breakfast was nice and a great start for each day. There happens to be an indoor gun range next door so took advantage of that while staying.
