Summary: The stay was really good! We were on the third floor and it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Stayed multiple days and they took care of the towels and all but would have liked to see the beds made.

Summary: Everything was all good except the people next to us were very loud throughout the night and tried to open the door between the rooms and I was glad I locked it when I arrived. Felt like no privacy

Summary: I pre booked my king room two and a half weeks before my arrival. When i arrived, i was told my room was not ready because of 2 reasons, it was not clean and the people that stayed wanted it for another night. I tried explaining to the front that it was not my problem, that was my room, to move the people. They wanted to put me on the third floor. I said i paid for the first floor because i was there for a bowling tournament and had 9 bowling balls i was bringing in, and didnt want to use the stairs. The front end gentleman smuggly saud we have an elevator. I said i paid for a first floorvthats what i expect, and then they put me in a double queen. Never offered me a different rate or anything but a coupon for a half of appetizer for their restaurant, which i never used. If this is the kind of service i get, this will be the last time i stay at your hotel.

Summary: Staff was really nice except for the older lady who does the breakfast. She told every person how to get syrup and what not to do to spill it. She wanted everyone to put in a coffee cup and take it to our table to pour so she didn’t have to clean up after everyone at the counter. It was a waste of a coffee cup and we t just seemed really rude also. She told every single person! Other than that the stay was okay.

Summary: I’ve stayed at this property many times. However, this is the first time that I was displeased with the rooms. The first room I attempted to stay in had a broken TV. The second room had broken AC and heat. Overall, it’s a great place, but it’s starting to look a little rundown. This will most likely be my last time.
