Summary: Booked family suite for a few days. Loved the exhaust fan in the bathroom as it kept it from being steamy. Summers are hot and humid here, the AC worked great. Did not participate in the breakfast so I have no opinion of that. Bath towels soft compared to other hotels which are normally stiff from all the washings. Only thing is the water out of the shower was super soft, don't know if the hotel has a soft water system or that is the water normally is in the area.

Summary: Front desk associates are not very friendly. Room was great, check-in was easy and fast. Housekeeping came into my room while I was gone despite stating I didn’t need it, they took all my towels and that was it. Don’t clean or empty trash and did not give me new towels.

Summary: I wasn’t too impressed. The first day I went. I’m traveling in from California to go visit my daughter at college in Kansas and I was woken up by the cleaning crew at 8:35 in the morning with banging and banging and laughing down the hall and talking to one another screaming down the hall was not good at all.

Summary: We booked rooms at this hotel because of the great ratings and the fact that most hotels were sold out, due to an event happening in town. I specifically requested a noise sensitive room, and was given a room directly beside the loudest laundry room, the ice machine and the elevator. I asked to change rooms and the clerk at the front desk, who I’m sure is tired
