Summary: All went well. As I recall the air conditioning in rooms and lobby were a little cooler than needed. You could save money and energy and help the environment by not having it so cold.

Summary: Nice clean quiet rooms. The only improvement I can see needed is the heated pool was not so heated and was a bit cold and very cloudy water. Otherwise , great experience.

Summary: I want to preface this review with the fact that we have stayed at this location 3-4 times previously and always had a great experience. This was not the case this time. As soon as we walked into our room the smell of mold/mildew was overwhelming. We thought maybe it was because the air wasn't on and maybe it was just stuffy, but nope it was just as bad after it cooled down. There were holes and stains on the walls and missing trim in the bathroom and the carpet on one side of the bed almost felt damp. After we took a shower we understood why. Now this was an accessible unit with a roll in shower and we understand that water can sometimes get everywhere in those room, but this was excessive and it puddled up and started to flood into the hallway. When I approached the front desk about the issue, she didn't ask my room number, or offer us to move, she didn't even apologize she just said she would tell her manager. Then when we checked out and told the front desk person upon checkout she said they knew about the issues and hadn't been able to get it fixed properly... it bows my mind that they would continue to rent that room out in the condition it was in. As I stated in the beginning we have stayed here multiple times before without issue but this time was unacceptable. To top it off it was 4th of July weekend and out room was right by the exit door that was slamming shut every 10 mins constantly until about 4am (which I know is not the fault of the hotel just an extra layer)

Summary: It could have been better. The place was clean, but there was an odor from possibly the fact that they allow pets. I am not sure if it was the pets, or if the carpet wasn't cleaned enough. The place was otherwise nice and it was comfortable and well located

Summary: Woke up at 3AM to a thick cloud of smoke in our bedroom. The AC unit broke and was producing a smoking smell. The odor resembled a bonfire. Immediately called front desk and they did not help much. Couldn’t move our rooms because the hotel was fully booked. Never offered refund.

Summary: This hotel was excellent, i stay at alot of hotels and this is the cleanest one I've seen in a long time! Great staff. Pool could of been a little bit warmer, but no complaints here!
