Summary: The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make it a memorable stay for us. Communication before the event could be improved a bit, once we arrived it was very good but prior i think there is improvement

Summary: Warm welcome from staff on arrival Communication with venue hosts was poor on the run up to our company party with emails and messages more often than not taking several days to respond to after several chasers The venue itself is 3 star standard at best. Its fairly run down and needs work. The โ€˜doubleโ€™ beds are two singles pushed together. The mattresses probably needed replacing several years ago. Lots of โ€˜patch up and repairโ€™ work done to poor standards throughout The gardens are private, the pool is large and has decent seating around it and a bar area The food was great, with fresh starters and main courses were plenty. The desserts are poor, the venue would be better to bring these in from outside rather than attempting to get the internal catering staff to make them The entire venue gardens are infested with toads, at night they come out and you hear them croaking (really loud) throughout the night The berber tent you see in the pictures is collapsed and on the floor, there are random areas on the outskirts of the gardens were all sorts of โ€˜odds and endsโ€™ are piled up, assume waiting collection. The manager Mohammed was truly exceptional and made lots of effort to make sure the guests were catered for, Hamzah at the bar was also very good. The main villa consists of just one main lounge/seating room and bedrooms. In summary we have stayed at much better venues in Morrocco for a similar price, ok but not great

Summary: The grounds were beautiful and the swimming pool area and pool were fantastic very clean and well kept Extremely helpful staff and Hanane is amazing with organisation and the partners she found for quad biking and the desert camp Also everyone was incredible helpful with helping set up the for our presentations, source things for us, providing last minute printing and when one of our team injured themselves the team were so helpful It is a little further out of Marrakech but the drivers organised by Hanane were great and everyone was very clear about how long it would take to get in etc

Summary: We had a great time. The grounds were beautiful. The staff was amazing. I do wish it had been a little closer to Marrakesh, I was hoping thereโ€™d be a grassy area for the teenagers to play ball, and I wish the pool could have been heated. It was ice cold. The place was clean and well kept and it was actually nicer looking in person.

Summary: Une organisation parfaite nous a permis de pleinement profiter de ce refuge. Cadre idรฉal avec la possibilitรฉ de partager de supers moments en groupe mais aussi de se ressourcer individuellement. La Siesta est un espace de convivialitรฉ. Lโ€™รฉquipe sur place est dโ€™une formidable gentillesse !! Les repas furent un vrai rรฉgal !! Mention spรฉciale au buffet Tajines Un peu de finition et de remise ร  niveau dans les chambres et sdb

Summary: Logement parfait pour un รฉvรจnement. J ai fait mes 40 ans et tout c est bien passรฉ.. la lise en place pour la soirรฉe au top...foued est ร  vos petit soins tout le long du sejour.. Les prestations proposรฉes sont au top. Hanane et franck savent bien conseiller pour faire de votre รฉvรฉnement un moment inoubliable. Un frigo ร  l extรฉrieur cotes piscine serait top!!!

Summary: Nous avons beaucoup apprรฉciรฉ les extรฉrieurs, la piscine, le jardin, pouvoir mettre la musique tard le soir et les boules de pรฉtanque que vous avez gentillement mis ร  disposition. La soirรฉe d'anniversaire รฉtait bien organisรฉ, le cracheur de feu, le DJ, la mise en lumiรจre et Massage รฉtaient Top. La propretรฉ de la cuisine,(elle รฉtait vraiment trรจs sale) et cela pourrait vraiment รชtre amรฉliorรฉ ainsi que l'entretien du Riad ( chambre et salle de douche). Nous pensons รฉgalement qu'il serait prรฉfรฉrable d'inclure la tente dans le tarif de la maison, car elle est dans le descriptif mais vous la faite payer en plus ( pas trรจs commercial), les jeux extรฉrieurs ainsi que la sono inclus รฉgalement dans le tarif de la villa et ne doivent pas รชtre proposer ร  la journรฉe mais au sรฉjour. Nous aurions apprรฉciez avoir un thรฉ ร  la menthe pour notre accueil, cela ne coรปte rien mais c'est trรจs apprรฉciable.
