Positive: A lovely cottage style gîte, but by far superior to all the previous ones we ever rented. Located in a quiet, fenced property and an exemplary and discrete host (thank you so much of having us on such short notice), every kind of appliances was available (including a balneotherapy bath). We specially appreciate the espressomachine (with ample capsules and refill on simple request. We had breakfast outside in our "corner" of the flowered garden and could observe every morning big black bumble-bees and colibri hawk-moths feeding from a huge wild honeysuckle. Magic and peaceful. Very tastefull finished interior, on-site parking and fast transfer to town (Romans-sur-Isère or St Paul lès Romans). Travel to the Col de Tourniol (af 1165m altitude) takes half an hour drive. St Marcellin cheese is produced in one of the neighbouring villages. An excellent region to decharge and relax.

Positive: It was really great, beautiful design and furniture and even if small, it had everything you need in the right spot (you didn’t even have to think about where to find towels, kitchen utensils etc, everything was really intuitive and practical).
Negative: The mosquitoes (but there’s only so much you can do about it and there were also mosquito nets in the accommodation, it just made it difficult to enjoy the beautiful terrace). Maybe that’s just the season (August and really hot).. Other than that, it may be a bit difficult if you don’t have a car, otherwise everything was perfect!
Summary: Amazing accommodation, we’d come again!
