Positive: Good location. Has all the facilities you need and comfy bed. Shower gel and kitchenware provided. TV in a good position.
Negative: The lock was very old fashioned and tricky, door handle not working. The terrace is shared which we weren’t aware of beforehand. It also is an internal terrace, so there is no privacy—many other windows look out into and surround it. The apartment’s windows have the same issue of lack of privacy as a result.

Positive: Excelent location: close to restaurants, shopping and food stores. But really quite. Perfect for a weekend. The instructions were clear and it was easy to find the address. It’s really close to the old town.
Negative: The mattress is not comfortable, as we feel the structure below it. The air dryer was not working and hidden… in the kitchen. One door handler was loose. I would recommend to check more often. Shower with low pressure, but might be difficult to solve it. Although there is heating system, we believe that the windows does should be replaced by double-glassed ones. This would improve the energy efficiency.
Summary: In general a very good experience, as our main goal was to rest but spend much of the time visiting the city.

Negative: The building is a bit old and the outside common area is near the appartement window but you can close the blinds for intimacy.

Positive: Very clean, well located, bathroom very modern, good communication.
Negative: The mattress is not very comfortable and dips in the middle, a small trash can in the bathroom could be useful, as well as a sponge in the kitchen. The beating was a bit much.

Positive: - Good location, next to public transport and great to walk around the city centre, in a nice area with lots cafes/pubs/restaurants - The host was very helpful, we asked if we could leave our suitcases in the flat for a couple of hours after the check-out and it was possible - Good value for money, great place to stay a few days in the city, overall quite nice and clean and for a very good price
Negative: There are a few negative points, but most of them are not a big problem if you only stay a few days and spend most of the day outside/eat outside as well. -The building is quite old and overall poorly insulated, so the room was a bit cold/humid. - For the same reason, the room is not soundproof at all, the street is quite but you can hear sounds from the other apartments in the building. It is a good idea to bring earplugs. - There are only two windows that open on a small space between buildings, so not much natural light during the day, but it is ok if you spend most of the day outside - The bedsheets/duvet/mattress are quite old and should be replaced (they were clean but had a few old stains) - Overall, it would be good to have a deep cleaning of the flat more often, removing dust from below the bed for example -The kitchen has some basic tools to cook a few simple meals, but overall dishes, cutlery pots and pans are a bit old and should be replaced.
Summary: Good location to spend a few days in the city and save money
