This modern and well-equipped apartment has two terraces. Both terraces have sea views, so you can choose the right one at any time, depending on the sun and wind.
The apartment can be reached on the top floor by elevator. This perfect location gives you sea views from both terraces. With a bedroom, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a sofa bed in the living room, up to four people can live here.
As parking spaces in the region are becoming increasingly scarce, you can look forward to a free parking space in the underground garage, which belongs to this apartment.
If the way to the famous beach "La Tejita" (approx. 300m) is too far, the complex has two pools (a small one for children).
Freshly washed bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances, dishes, cutlery and cookware. If you want to stay longer, the washing machine is also at your disposal. In the small washing room in the apartment there is also an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, broom, vacuum cleaner etc.
The apartment has a TV. Since the apartments can almost only receive Spanish TV here, we donated a Chromecast that is connected to the Internet and thus offers more options.
The apartment also has its own internet connection / wifi.
About the Sotavento III system:
The residential complex SOTAVENTO-3, built in 2008 on one of the most beautiful natural beaches on the island, was built in a beautiful area in the south of Tenerife in the area of Sotavento. Sotavento is an area with new apartment complexes near the natural sandy beach "La Tejita", which belongs to the Montana Roja National Park.
Sotavento is located between the old fishing village of Los Abrigos and the city of El Medano. For kitesurfers and windsurfers, the beach towards El Médano on the other side of the mountain is also recommended. The annual PWA World Surfing Championships take place here and both surfing professionals, beginners and spectators get their money's worth here.
Unique landscapes, beautiful sunsets (see the photo from our terrace), a natural environment and wonderful, clear sea water ensure real relaxation away from the big tourist centers.
If you feel like going on in the evening, the bus leaves every hour directly in front of the facility to the Los Christianos / Las Americas bus station. The last bus back shortly before midnight, the taxi from Las Americas costs about 15 EUR.
Without a car you can also reach the La Tejita shopping center with a supermarket and a selection of restaurants and cafes, a hairdresser, a laundry and other small shops.

Summary: Apartment was perfect for our needs. Not far to the airport (there was nearly any noise disturbing from the airport) and supermarket + beach few hundred meters away. The view from the front balcony isn't that nice, mainly greenhouses, but together with the second balcony you always can be in the sun if you want to. We would come again :)

Summary: We had a really nice time in Tenerife, unfortunately, we could not stay in this property due to a bathroom leak, fortunately, we were able to stay in a different apartment in the same block arranged by the owner and the agent. I cannot comment on this particular apartment. If we had not been offered this though, it could have gone horribly wrong for us. We had a nice time and the area is perfect if you want to stay away from the traditional holiday resort. There is an excellent supermarket and the instructions Ulrich provided us were just perfect.

Summary: A lovely apartment, clean and spacious and equipped with all you need plus a few extras - store cupboard bits, cleaning products and toilet rolls to name a few. The two terraces meant we were able to enjoy the winter sunshine for most of the day, the larger of the terraces was accessed by another door from outside of the apartment but this did not prove to be much of a problem. Good WIFI access meant we were able to watch some films on the cool winter evenings and listen to UK radio. Chromecast is provided but as we were not familiar with it we used our own alternative. The apartment is in a safe and gated complex and maintained to a high standard. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean and enticing. Location is very close to the airport, we did not find this a problem- there was no noise disturbance and it was entertaining watching the flights land and depart. Taxi transfer cost us about 20euro. The area was new to us and we found it very relaxing, no hustle or bustle of a tourist areas, a small but good selection of bars and resteraunts and a small but well stocked supermarket within a two minute walk. Also close by was a big and beautiful spanse of natural beach, an area of which is a designated naturist beach!! A pleasant walk to the resort of El Medano took about 30 minutes and we used the local bus service to Los Abrigos in the opposite direction where we enjoyed a lovely walk on the newly developed walk way/board walk along the coast towards Golf del Sur and the marina. Communication with the owner was very good, he provided us with all necessary information before we left home and were aware we would be met at the apartment on arrival, as promised we were met by Lucie who showed us around the apartment and gave advised regarding the area, her contact details were left in the event further advise was needed. Lucie was very helpful on our departure, we were unable to get a taxi to the airport at the local taxi stand, we called Lucie who arranged one for us immediately. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation - My only disappointment is that the apartment is already booked up for January next year ☹.
