Positive: The room was very nice with good privacy and interesting features and trappings. Freshly laid eggs for breakfast. Owners very nice and friendly. Grounds were a not perfectly groomed but very nice in an organic way. The house itself is architecturally interesting as well, inside and out.

Negative: The electrical connections had to be played with, but all ended up working well.

Summary: Very nice place and people. Would recommend it.
