Positive: The location was excellent, pretty close to the main lifts in Staffal which is what you want in Gressoney. The staff were friendly and the canteen-style food was plentiful food at both breakfast and dinner. The view from the restaurant is lovely. The top-floor room was a decent size with a nice balcony, plenty of cupboard space and a bath in the bathroom was a bonus. Plenty of room to park.

Negative: Overall it was excellent value though my son didn't alway love the food. I thought it was pretty decent given the number of people (including school trips) being catered for.

Summary: Excellent location, lovely views, and great value

Positive: Excellent location, friendly helpful reception staff, each room has a dedicated ski locker, food was a bit hit and miss, but generally acceptable with a decent choice. Good value for money.

Negative: The coffee at breakfast was very poor, in fact I found it to be undrinkable. No plug/usb sockets next to the bed.
