Positive: This house is AMAZING! This was our fifth time in Tenerife, but this was the first time we'd stayed in such excellent conditions. The house is perfect for six people. It covers a very large area, consisting of a building with three bedrooms and a bathroom, another one with a second bathroom, another one with a kitchen and living room, and a large garden, which includes a section with a swimming pool (not for competitive swimming, but perfectly adequate, 1,4 m depth) and a summer kitchen with a barbecue and large tables. The garden is full of herbs and fruits, and offers beautiful views of the ocean and the town. It's worth reading about, as it's a historically significant landmark on the island. The church in Villa de Arico is one of the oldest in Tenerife. You can admire its facade from a sunbed by the pool (don't worry, the bells don't toll). An additional attraction of the house is its age. It's a very old, classic Canarian architecture (like most of the houses in the town) – it's worth reading about it in the special notebook in the living room. We were very impressed with the amenities – extra blankets, plenty of towels (bath and pool towels), and the kitchen has everything you could want. Plus, there's a large fridge, toaster, microwave, and absolutely everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Needless to say, everything is very clean and well-maintained, and there was also a surprise waiting for us – wine and plenty of groceries. Parking is easy. The beds are very comfortable. Contact with Alicia was very convenient, and she's a very kind person who provided us with everything beyond our expectations. I don't know if this is a regular occurrence, but we had a cat visiting us with her adorable kittens, which was an added bonus :) I absolutely recommend it to anyone who appreciates peace, beautiful views, and a starry sky. And it's a great base for exploring both the north and south of the island.

Positive: Lovely property, tons of character with fantastic outdoor space- private pool and spacious grill area. Good location for the activities we were interested in. Would stay again!
Negative: Wifi is strong in bedrooms however didn't reach common areas which was across the inner courtyard. This would have been useful as I was working during my stay. I made it work but something to be aware of.

Positive: Loved everything about the accommodation! 3 good rooms, living areas, and a pool, amazing garden with fruit trees and barbecue area! There is a nice outdoor space in between the rooms and living areas. It's particularly nice to see the sunrise from the balcony upstairs. Alicia was also a super friendly and helpful host with great recommendations on where to eat and drink like a local!

Positive: Perfect place for calm stay which have everything you need, beautiful, clean. Got a superb sea view, swimming pool, place for barbecue, garden. 10 minutes driving down to the beaches. I really recomend this place.
