Positive: We had a fantastic week long stay stay in La Vie Seaside Residences. The apartment was plenty big enough for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teens). The apartment was exceptionally clean and a mixture of modern with rustic charm. There was ample cupboard space to store our clothes. The local beach is a 5-10 minute walk away, with plenty of other gorgeous beaches a short drive away. The apartment is on the edge of Sibenik old town, with beautiful buildings and plenty of cafes, bars and eateries. There is some low-level hussle and bustle from the cafes in the evenings, but it didn't bother us as we were tired from busy days, so we slept well on comfortable beds. Sandra, the host, was so helpful and friendly. It was very reassuring to know we could contact Sandra if we needed advice or any help. We would definitely love to return.

Negative: Very small room with no space around bed, 20cm to squeeze around the corner of bed without hitting leg or toes on the sharp edges No real kitchen, 2 ring hob which is right next to wardrobe, one hob you need to have electric kettle on as no preparation space No space to hang beach towel or wet things No where to sit & eat, there are two fold up chairs but no space to put them Very dark as no daylight, just view of graffiti wall - see photos

Positive: We absolutely loved everything about this property. The location was fantastic—just a short 6-minute walk to the beach—and we had incredible restaurants right at our doorstep. Our host, Sandra, was wonderful. Her communication was excellent, and she consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The property was clean and had all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The accommodation was well thought out and was designed in a way that made it feel like home.
Negative: The only suggestion we’d make is to perhaps add an extra mirror—maybe inside the wardrobe door—as there were three of us getting ready in the mornings, and having just one mirror in the bathroom made things a bit slower. That said, it was a very minor issue. Being surrounded by so many restaurants, it could get a little noisy at night, but that’s the trade-off for such a great location, and it didn’t bother us at all.
