Positive: Lovely property. It is as advertised. Very nice

Negative: The banister in the building was broken. The breakfast was also very average; Better to spend your money on the local bakeries.

Positive: Great location, nice building and walking distance to everything in Etretat, you get 30 mins access per day to the spa (hammam, sauna) with your reservation. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming (with only one small negative experience). Our room was very small but well equipped, it was well heated and with shutters which meant the room was super dark at night. Shower was great! We didn’t have breakfast so can’t say anything about that. Parking is 19 eur a day on site - but be warned, the car park is a bit of a squeeze! Overall, a good stay but some room for improvement, especially in the double room we booked!

Negative: While the place was generally clean we felt that some things (towel rail, towels) could have been a bit cleaner. The noise isolation was not great in our room either - you could hear everyone coming up and down the stairs, toilets and showers in other rooms etc (pack earplugs!) Maybe it’s a small thing but we also felt that one staff member was a bit unprofessional by banging on the door to our room quite aggressively instead of dealing with a bill issue at the reception desk, to rectify a mistake made by his colleague. The pillows were also not great in our opinion. TV only had basic channels and the radiator was super hard to figure out, which meant that we really overheated our first night. Maybe some basic instructions could have been helpful as the one in our room did not seem to comply!
