It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of around 2,000 m². On the ground floor:

- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) with shower room (with shower), private balcony
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds (90x190)
- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub
