This villa has been designed by its owners to comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests (6 bedrooms). It offers large, luminous spaces (300m2 of interior space, including a large 70m2 living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge), several terraces to enjoy the outdoors, a garden and complete, high-quality amenities.
You'll enjoy unobstructed views over the surrounding countryside and the few neighboring houses, and from the terrace you'll even get a glimpse of the sea. All year round, you'll be able to take advantage of its covered and enclosed area with a heated swimming pool that all guests will appreciate. La Villa du Bay is an excellent choice for a family getaway or a get-together with friends! Young and old alike will appreciate it.
The precise layout of the house and bedrooms is as follows:
- Garden level:
Overlooking a 700 m² garden, the house is naturally south-facing and protected from prevailing winds on all its terraces. These are made of Ipé (70 m² on the garden level) and extend out in front of the swimming pool.
The indoor pool (7x4m), enclosed by a bay window with locks and lined with Ipé beaches, is heated all year round to between 25°C and 28°C. The pool is separate from the accommodation and can only be accessed from the outside.
6 bedrooms, including 2 with double beds (one 140x200 and one 160x200) and three with single beds (two with two 80x200 beds, and one with three 90x200 beds). 4 of the 5 bedrooms on the garden level open directly onto the garden.
A bathroom with a bathtub + shower, a shower room (shower and toilet) and an independent toilet as well as a laundry room.
- Second floor:
The second floor features the living areas overlooking the countryside to the east and south, with a small sea view to the north. A large 70m² open-plan living space includes the open-plan kitchen with central island, the dining room, and the living room with its fireplace and library wall. This bright, spacious room leads onto an 80m² terrace for lunch or relaxation. Also on this level is a master suite with a 160x200 double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet.
Also, an independent toilet on this floor and a scullery.
- Second floor:
From the living room on the 1st floor, a staircase leads up to a second living room dedicated to rest and relaxation, equipped with a television and direct access to the library. This 30 m² room is a real haven of peace, appreciated by young and old alike.

- Up to 4 vehicles can be parked directly in the house's private parking lot. No vehicles may park on the access road shared with the other houses - for more than 4 vehicles, please contact us.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances and the BBQ after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- Opening dates non-contractual. A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
