Welcome to Villa Pen Guen in Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo, a charming seaside resort on the Emerald Coast, just a few minutes from Dinard and Saint Malo and close to the famous Fort-la-Latte and Cape Fréhel. This is North Brittany, invigorating and vibrant!
Villa Pen Guen will warmly and comfortably welcome your group of friends or your family: 170m² of space, an enclosed garden of around 400m² well exposed and sheltered from prevailing winds, 6 bedrooms, a heated indoor swimming pool.
- Garden level:
Overlooking a 400m² garden with children's play area, the house naturally faces south, protected from prevailing winds. The outdoor wooden terrace (50 m²) extends into the extension housing the indoor swimming pool (7x3m), heated between 25°C and 28°C from April 1 to October 31. This room is separate from the accommodation and is only accessible from the outside. The pool is not accessible outside these periods.
The garden level houses the living areas: lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen make up a single, convivial 45 m² space. On this level, you'll also find a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a shower room and an independent toilet, as well as a large entrance hall. The living room and dining room open onto the terrace, furnished with garden furniture and sunbathing beds.
- Second floor:
Upstairs is the sleeping area with 5 bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate toilet. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with two 90x200 beds, two bedrooms with a 160x200 double bed, one bedroom with two 90x200 beds and one bedroom with two 90x200 beds and a bunk bed.
Neighborhood:
Quietly located in a small hamlet, the villa is less than 500 meters from one of Saint-Cast's most beautiful beaches, the eponymous Pen Guen beach facing the Ebihens islands, which you can reach on foot. Coastal paths are also nearby, as is the Saint Cast golf course. Saint Cast town center is just a few minutes away by car.
