Summary: The room was very clean! The bed is probably one of the comfiest I’ve stayed in during my time in Korea. The staff were polite.

Summary: Premium Double Room - comfortable stay for 3 nights. Location - 10 mins taxi from Jeonju Express Bus Terminal (approx. KRW 6100). Convenient to take local bus to Jeonju Hanok Village (less than 10 mins ride). Convenience store is within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and can hardly see the traffic noise outside. Water pressure is strong. LG Styler is useful for steam clothing. Bed is comfortable - medium soft. Breakfast was reasonable and grab as much as you need to consume in your own room. Check-in and check-out are straightforward with the help of google translation for additional communication. Appreciate front desk for allowing luggage storage prior to check-in time and calling the cab for us. Take note that the bath towel provided are face towel size.

Summary: The basin tops were badly stained ( looks like mould). Not many nearby eating places with English menus.

Summary: The staff at the front desk were very kind and even though they didn’t speak English they used an application to communicate and everything was fine. Breakfast was simple but good and it was included!
