This stunning 5400 sq ft custom home with ( 2500 + sq feet of covered patios) is situated on almost 7 pristine acres in the Tucson Mountain foothills approximately 6 miles directly west of downtown Tucson. The home is located in a gated community of custom homes adjacent to Starr Pass and the JW Marriott resort.
The majestic Tucson Mountain Park is perfect for relaxing and taking in the surrounding beauty. The park has approximately 62 miles of non-motorized shared-use trials. The park’s trails are open to hikers, equestrians, and mountain bikers. Picnicking and wildlife viewing opportunities are located throughout the park.
Enjoy the peaceful and quiet setting with incredible views while still maintaining a close proximity to shopping and great restaurants. Golfers will be pleasantly surprised to find the Starr Pass (JW Marriott) golf course is only a 5-minute drive from the home as well as a wide variety of other courses 15 - 30 minutes away,
Cyclists will enjoy the Gates Pass Mountain area since it is a very popular place for spring cycle training. Most of the area’s roads have bike lanes and gorgeous views.

After you walk through our 20 ft. Cantera Stone entryway, you will be amazed by the 1000 sq ft great room with walls of windows, high beamed ceilings, 9ft wide double-sided fireplace, Versailles pattern rustic travertine floors, rustic hardwood plank floors, large custom doors and cabinetry from Bali , India and Peru. With over 5000 sq ft of living space and 3 patios, there are several spaces to gather together or get away to read a book or enjoy the view and wildlife sightings.
Any amateur or professional cook will feel inspired in the chef's custom kitchen, 2 sinks. stocked spice cabinet, Demeyere, Le Creuset and Smithy cookware, Cutco knives, 10 Burner Professional Blue Star range with 2 - 30-inch ovens, counter convection, Ooni pizza oven, Bosch dishwasher, and under counter refrigerator in the island.
Upon individual requests, we also provide professional style small appliances such as sous vide, Belgium waffle maker, food processor, bread maker, ice cream maker and high precision induction cooker.
The 4-bedroom arrangement includes: king beds and TVs in all bedrooms.
1300 sq ft Master is beautifully appointed and includes surround sound, 65" tv , king bed , separate sitting room with custom kitchen bar that includes Subzero, Fisher Paykel and Nespresso appliances. The master is located in a separate wing of the home to ensure the utmost in privacy and views yet still has direct access to the covered patio, hot tub and swimming pool. The Master bath provides a large walk-in shower with dual and rain style shower heads and a 7 ft soaking tub as well as a makeup counter, hair dryer and ironing board.
OUTDOOR SPACES
While the home's interior is very comfortably furnished and equipped, Arizona life is all about the outdoors. Enjoy the exquisite Tucson weather year-round from the expansive outdoor living spaces including furnished covered patios, oversized spa and heated infinity style swimming pool with swim up bar. (heating optional) For the hot summer months the patios include large evaporative air conditioners for better outdoor comfort. Grill masters will enjoy grilling on our 60" Gaucho style wood burning grill and or pellet smoker grill.
Ladera Vistas offers ultimate privacy to its guests while still being conveniently located to Tucson's best attractions. The Starr Pass Marriott golf resort is 5 minutes away, while a large selection of downtown restaurants are less than 10 minutes. The International wildlife museum is only 1.5 miles from the home, and the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum is only 8 miles away.
