Positive: At first, I was surprised by some of the negative reviews, but after staying here I can honestly say that the apartment is very clean inside and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the internet service is very good. The location is excellent, right in the city center, just a few steps away from shops, cafés, and all essential services.
Negative: The only thing future guests should know is that the building itself is quite old and slightly worn inside, but this did not cause me any concern since the apartment itself is in very good condition.
Summary: Overall, I recommend it for anyone looking for a great central location at a reasonable price.

Positive: Excellent and very safe location, close to all amenities and services. The apartment is clean inside, with clean bed linen and towels. Hot water works perfectly. Good Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, and a kitchen equipped with basic utensils. It is an economical accommodation but very comfortable, offering great value for money. Very close to Habib Bourguiba Avenue and the city center, with everything within walking distance.
Negative: Nothing in particular, everything was fine
Summary: A very pleasant, clean, and comfortable stay in a perfect central location.

Positive: A great price on a fairly basic apartment. Spacious. Reliable hot water and a good space heater in the bedroom.

Positive: I have stayed several times in hotels in the Lafayette area, and the prices were high for small and uncomfortable rooms, often with noise from guards, neighbors, or other guests. This apartment was an excellent alternative: spacious, very clean, with two bedrooms, reliable hot water, a well-equipped kitchen, clean bed linen and towels. The location is very convenient, and the comfort is clearly better than many hotels in the area.
Negative: The entrance of the building and the building itself are old, but this did not affect the comfort of the stay at all. Inside, the apartment is very well maintained, quiet, and pleasant.
Summary: A spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment offering excellent value for money in the Lafayette area.
