Summary: House was great. Backyard was private. We had a great stay. Our only complaint was the hot tub was slimy and green.

Summary: The property was beautiful, clean and full of amenities. My issue was with the communication on check in day from the property manager. We were given the wrong door code the night before checking in. The manager was extremely unresponsive for the entire stay. Luckily, someone from the cleaning staff reached out to me via text with the correct door code so we were able to enter the house (5 hours after arriving to Lafayette). Communication definitely needs improvement, but the house was lovely otherwise.

Summary: Very spacious living space with plenty of sleeping space. We had a very cozy stay and will probably look for this place again when we need a space to stay.

Summary: This was our second stay at this house and we enjoyed it just as much as the first visit which drew us back. The house is a perfect floor plan and the hot tub is amazing!! The property owners were wonderful to communicate with when I needed to change one of the dates. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Summary: Overall, a decent property. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, and this place falls in the middle of all our experiences. The place was nice, but you could tell they are kind of letting things go down. The yard looked like it hadn't been mowed in weeks, with weeds coming up all over the place. The carpet wasn't clean and our feet were dirty right away. We had to go to the store and get a bigger pot and pan, as there were very few to choose from. The place has a nice tree covered lot, and a very nice air conditioner garage with another living room, bed, and game room all in one. Overall, I would recommend it. However, if nothing changes, you may be a little disappointed in the cleanliness of it inside and outside.
