Positive: The view was fantastic, well worth the extra money for room. Staff were nice and helpful. The bar with its outside sheltered veranda was great.

Negative: The food! Two days before we arrived the restaurant had closed for the winter. We were able to have the dinner, which was on offer to half board guests, this dinner had a very limited choice. The only hot food at breakfast was scrambled eggs (I do not eat eggs of any sort!). There wasn't a mixed fresh fruit salad, which is normal in Italian hotels.

Summary: Great view and staff, shame about the food.

Positive: Such an amazing location. This hotel was so beautiful and had the best view in the whole town as you get a different perspective than all of the other local accommodations. Can't wait to come back!

Positive: Beautiful location, excellent dinners (half board- highly recommended) convenient ski bus, amazing view from the room (lake view). Wonderful staff.

Negative: Mild drains smell from time to time.

Summary: We had a wonderful time. Especially the dinners.

Positive: The location was awesome beautiful view from the terrace. The breakfast was outstanding. The attendant offer cook scrambled eggs, a real treat. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is a trail walking to town about ½ mile away. Very nice. Parking was good.

Negative: The room was tiny. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen The view was as described.

Positive: Loved that it's a bit on the side of the city, so you feel like it's just you and the lake. But you should get a room with a lake view. Also nice beach just outside, the city is just 5 mins walking. Nice restaurant downstairs.

Negative: I guess if I got the room that is not facing the lake, I wouldn't be so happy because it faces the parking. So I had to pay an upgrade fee to get what I wanted.
