Positive: We stayed here as a family of four, and it was incredibly comfortable and budget-friendly. The entire place was spotless, which we really appreciated. The biggest highlight is the location—being right in the Echoland area is absolutely fantastic. Since we visited at the end of the season, there weren't many people around and the snow was already gone, but this place still offers unbeatable value for money for Hakuba. I imagine the rates go up quite a bit during the peak winter season, so staying here felt like a great deal.

Negative: That being said, there was one thing I didn't quite like: the water pressure in the bathroom wasn't very strong. Also, just a heads-up—if you are expecting a large common area to hang out in, this might not be the right fit for you. Ultimately, it’s best to just treat this as a great, clean place to come back to rest and sleep after a long day.

Summary: quite good, just enjoy the moment in Hakuba, my first snow season.

Positive: Great little converted container home, all the amenities that are needed and can easily sleep two couples! Only a short walk down to Calico / the centre of Echoland, highly recommend!

Negative: Only thing is no vacuum available to clean up after ourselves with accidental dirt from shoes at the door - but nothing I can fault this place for!

Summary: Highly recommend booking here for a great stay!

Positive: very easy, no keys, the driver that picked me up from the station and brought me to the room, showed me the code and that was it :) super quick and easy

Negative: nothing to be honest. but would have been good to have coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen.

Summary: Clean, cosy space, super central location, very responsive hosts.

Positive: Amenities were crisp, clean, and modern. The space was warm and comfortable, despite very cold temperatures outside. The owner was extremely friendly and helped out when we had an issue with our toddler. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Hakuba.

Negative: Perhaps I should have noticed from the pictures, but there is not door, curtain, divider between the sleeping area and the rest of the space. This was unexpected since we were traveling with our toddler and had hoped to separate his sleeping area from ours.

Summary: Comfortable and conscience stay in Hakuba.

Positive: Arrived at 2am and had no issues finding or getting into our apartment with all the information on the property sent the day before. Great location in Echoland, easy walk to the bus stop for mountain access and lots of walkable options for dining in the evening. Clean, warm rooms with super comfortable western beds. Dry room for our ski gear was big and secure. Would stay again!!

Negative: A comfy couch in the lounge area to hang out on after a long day skiing would make this property 10/10.

Positive: Great space for a couple. We were impressed with the technological facilities (especially the toilet!). The bath came in handy as it's temperature controlled. Comes with fully stocked amenities.

Negative: Accomodation was great but keep in mind if it is peak hour getting a taxi may be difficult due to location. Best to take the bus shuttle.
