Positive: We had a great time! The place is nicely tucked away from the noise and crowds, perfect for relaxing in nature. There are two types of accommodations – bungalows and glamping-style tents, both thoughtfully designed. We stayed in the tent, which had air conditioning, a private toilet, and a shower – very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The current Booking.com score doesn’t fully reflect the quality and charm of the place. It definitely deserves a higher rating based on the facilities and overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy a quiet, cozy getaway.

Positive: The natural setting in a private piece of forested hillside on a beautiful lake.
Negative: Nobody seemed to be in charge. The very friendly and service oriented staff gets no clear guidelines, resulting in confusion English speaking staff not involved at mealtimes, so the ordering food is a unnecessary challenge.

Positive: There were so many great things here and a few that didn’t make sense. The tents were so comfortable and absolutely gorgeous, the grounds were full of gardens and trees, staff were so friendly and the food was exceptional! We ordered lunch then preordered (as they requested it) the exact same Vietnamese food for dinner as was so delicious! We were very comfortable for our 2 night stay! Thank you to all the kind staff for looking after us. The cultural show was very moving too.
Negative: The main thing that we didn’t understand was the locked gates to the property. We spent quite a while waiting and calling the hotline to get staff to let us in. Even when we arrived from the airport- we called 30 mins before arriving and they still had no way for us to enter. You could improve the experience by having some type of entrance where people felt welcome.

Negative: It could use a bit more attention to detail to give it more than just a tented camp: maybe some local flowers on the tables, some colored cushions on the benches and chairs. Also the food could use a bit more eye for detail and original tastes: now good but nothing special.
