2 Bedroom House in Cannon Falls

Recently built family-friendly vacation home offers many amenities for all types of getaways.
Two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a pullout couch.
Spacious living room and coffee bar for entertaining.
For the serious bird watchers, sit on the shore and view the Alluvial Mud Flats.
This is a protected bird area with an abundance of migratory birds, including Eagles. Binoculars included.
Stay on shore for a dip or take the kayak, paddle board, or canoe and travel up river for a one-of-a-kind nature experience.
Anglers can attempt to reel in 1 of 30 different species in Lake Byllesby. Bring the kids and visit the campground, which has numerous playgrounds and a waterpark splash pad on the east end of the lake, or jump on a bike and experience the Cannon Falls to Red Wing Bike Trail, which runs along the Cannon River.
The charming town of Cannon Falls is located nearby which offers the Cannon Winery, ice cream, pizza, and antique shops. The world renowned Rochester Mayo Clinic is 40 minutes south of Lake Byllesby.
Downtown or St. Paul/ Minneapolis is 30 minutes to the north, if you would like to enjoy some culture on your getaway.
There is a shed in the backyard for guest use. It has life jackets of miscellaneous size, a paddle board, blow up kids pool and some other fun things for you to enjoy during your stay!
You will have the whole home to yourself during your stay. The basement is off limits as it is unfinished and used for storing the owners property. Summary: Beautiful home with all the amenities and then some. We enjoyed the stunning views of the lake and nature. We were very involved with all our family wedding activities and didn’t get to fully appreciate the property. I would love to book another visit sometime to chill and relax at this very welcoming house.

Summary: Our family of five had a great time at this property. Loved the lake access, kayaking, canoeing, fishing or just enjoying the beautiful view. Twin Cities is an easy drive about 40 min. north. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Summary: The home is very nice and has nearly everything you could need in the kitchen and pantry. Our toddler really enjoyed the books and puzzles. We didn't realize that there would be so much air traffic and road noise. It didn't hurt our stay, but it wasn't super peaceful.
