4 Bedroom Cabin in Park Rapids

The cabin is newly built with a walk-out basement, ground-level patio and upper level deck. Basement level has 3 bedrooms with a family room and bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a full bed with a bunk on top. This is ideal for young children. Main floor has a master bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen and great room. Kitchen has all appliances with microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer is available in the main floor bathroom. Internet access available and central air conditioning. The great room patio door leads to a beautiful wrap-around deck with a fantastic view of the lake. The cabin is located on a slope 150 feet from an 80 acre lake with a small landing at lake-side.
Activities include fishing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boating, swimming in a crystal clear lake, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and 4-wheeling on extensive adjacent trails. Or simply relax and enjoy the wonderful sunsets reflecting off of the tranquil lake.
Equipment available includes paddle boat, canoe, small fishing boat with electric motor, kayak, limited number of fishing rods, and swing set. Newly added is a pool table and cozy electric fire place.
Please bring your own life jackets and bait.
Itasca State Park is within 2 miles offering numerous activities including swimming, boating, hiking, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and much more. Eagle View golf course is located 6-8 miles south of Luebeck Drive. Park Rapids is 17 miles south. Itasca Junction, a convenience store, selling gas, groceries, bait, and delicious, huge ice cream cones is 4 miles north of the cabin.
Come and enjoy the haunting call of the loon as you watch wonderful sunsets from lake-side or cabin deck.

Summary: We've been visiting Lubeck Lake for years now and it is always fantastic. Location is hard to beat, the place is great for adults and kids, and the owners are extremely responsive.

Summary: Family vacation with adult children. Beautiful, spacious, well equipped home. Lots of great amenities if you also have little ones too. Fished, hiked, floated, played games, grilled, read, relaxed. Had some stormy weather beginning and end, and Don was very gracious to check in with us. Perfect for our family of seven.

Summary: We spent a great few days at this lake cabin. My four adult children and I relaxed in this little bit of heaven. The lake is crystal clear and a wide variety of fish were caught. The swimming dock and beach are great. The party the loons (actual birds, not my kids) were having on the lake our last morning was tough to beat.

Summary: This is our third summer staying at this wonderful cabin! We love the location, the property, and our quiet, restful week on Lake Luebeck. Don and Gail are so easy to work with, and they have a beautiful lake home. We enjoyed playing pool in the evenings, kayaking, paddle boating and paddle boarding on the lake, and time together with our teen and young adult kids. We are already looking forward to next year’s visit!

Summary: This was our second stay at this cabin. It was even better than the first time! The weather was great and we ventured out a bit more, seeing sites of our smaller towns nearby. After the day was done, we spent time relaxing and enjoying the lake and the loons. The kids absolutely loved it, as did the adults. A perfect place to relax. Thanks for the great accommodations and for sharing your place with us.

Summary: This is a great cabin in a great location if you're looking to explore Itasca State Park and Park Rapids! We brought rangers with and went trial riding, visited the state park, golfed, and hung out at the cabin. There are great places to eat just a few miles up and down Hwy 71. As far as amenities go, the cabin is well-stocked with nearly everything you could need - pack your clothes and bring food and beverages and you're all set. If you have young kids, there's no need to bring toys - they provide plenty for indoors, outdoors and in the water! We appreciated the kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat and the small sandy beach area. The lake does get a little weedy shortly out from the beach area but then it drops off to deep water. The hill down to the beach and dock is very steep so be prepared for that if you have joint or mobility issues. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cabin or to book it again! We're already talking about coming back in the winter months.
