Summary: This is a beautiful and very comfortable property. The bedrooms are spacious and quiet. The common rooms are well laid out for enjoying time together. We had a minor issue upon check-in but the owner was quick to respond and resolved it satisfactorily. Thank you.

Summary: We opened the front door, looked through the windows across the open house, and saw and incredible sunset. This was the postcard start to a very enjoyable family retreat. The house was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, and the table was a great place to gather and play games. Also, the yard and beach, as well as the house, felt private. It was a great place for a family getaway!

Summary: We had such a wonderful time at this property. The setting was beautiful and you looked right out onto to the lake. The house was easily enjoyed by a family of nine--three floors made it great for everyone. The owner was gracious and kind and we communicated to him on a regular basis. We definitely would love to rent the home again. The big bonus is that our grandsons caught tons of fish from the dock--over 100 fish and all different species.

Summary: Here for 3 nights for my son's wedding. Great lake location. Wonderful house with 4 great bedrooms all with Queen beds. Great common room and deck. Hosted a get away breakfast Sunday morning which the owners were cool with. Lots of complements on the house and location by breakfast guests.

Summary: Stayed in a hundred + vacation homes and several lake houses and this one is one of my favorites. Lakes are not just lakes, some are Lake Champlain and this home has a stunningl perspective of the lake. The home has comfortable if not large well designed spaces, quality furniture, and all the things you would need in a kitchen and in outdoor recreation. It is a three floor model which allows for larger groups nice separation if needed or beautiful shared spaces on the main level never losing sight of that lake. Clean and up to standards in appliances etc.. My only feedback to help the owners improve would be the streaming TV will confuse non-tech types and the home has too limited kitchen ware (cups, bowls, plates, glasses, etc., buy a sideboard and fill it! Most importantly you can tell the owners care about the home and your stay. We had some needs to contact them and they were immediately responsive and eager to help. You will appreciate and enjoy this home, no doubt, which in vacation renting can be sometimes suspect. A+ here.

Summary: Very much enjoyed staying in West Addison. Lovely home with great gathering spaces and ample bedrooms. Wonderful perch above Lake Champlain with great views and a dock for swimming. Even more scenic that was apparent in the listing’s images. Easy and clear communication with hosts.

Summary: The property is exactly as advertised. Great location on the lake. Very comfortable accommodating 10 people including 3 kids. Never been this far south on the lake so the location was a bit of a crap shoot but we were not disappointed. The only downside is that the beach front is very rocky and weedy. Really not usable as a beach. However the owner made me very well aware of it in advance and given that we have a good size boat we just went out where ever we wanted and jumped in off the boat. The entire family had a great time. Thanks to Joni and Jim for making their lake house available.
