Welcome to 124' of pristine water and sandy bottom on one of the best locations on Lake Charlevoix! This home is centrally located to Charlevoix, Boyne City and Petoskey. There is a nature preserve for hiking across the street! 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 Smart tvs, WIFI, gas fireplace, 2 family rooms and an open floor plan makes this the perfect place to make vacation memories. Trex deck for outdoor dining and a stone patio for relaxing - both providing a panoramic view of the lake and boats passing by. Swing on the hammock, go swimming, or sit around a campfire on the beach....this home has it all!
Lavender Hill Farm is only 7 minutes away! Short drive to over 9 wineries in the surrounding area makes this a great central location.
The dock is a great spot for enjoying the lake. There aren't any cleats on the dock so a boat would need to be moored. Winds can pick up quickly on the lake, therefore we do not allow anyone to tie up to the dock.
Owners have pets when they stay - however this property is pet negotiable. There is a limit on number and size, so please ask us prior to booking.

If you enjoy paddling a canoe or kayak, the Boyne River is an enjoyable two hour paddle. The Boyne River flows into Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City. Ten miles away near East Jordan you will find the Jordan River a noted protected “Natural River” for fishing, kayaking and canoeing. There are also winter float trips on the Jordan River. For our bicycling friends, be sure to plan a ride on the paved 26 mile “Little Traverse Wheelway” between Charlevoix and Petoskey along the Lake Michigan Shore ( Boyne Mountain and Avalanche in Boyne City also offers challenging mountain biking trails). The Boyne City-Charlevoix paved bike path extends 2 miles past Young State Park. In 2020 the paved trail will be connected with the Little Traverse Wheelway which connects Charlevoix and Petoskey.
