#230 in the gated Wapato Ridge community is a beautiful, townhouse condo with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a den with sleeper sofa. This sunny, modern unit is furnished with contemporary new furnishings and has an open living, dining, and kitchen floor plan. It features a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and French doors leading to the sun deck with BBQ. On the lower level you have a shady patio where you can also relax . Enjoy the large community pool, playground and ball court or take just a short walk to the lake, public marina and swimming area, and the charming shops and eateries in the village of Manson.
This well equipped unit is a great vacation home for groups up to 8.
The main living area and kitchen are on the second floor, as is the master bedroom (queen size bed and full bath) and a bedroom with two twin beds adjacent to another full bath. Downstairs is the den with a sleeper sofa and another bedroom and half bath with washer/dryer, and the garage (one large or two small cars) with a beverage fridge and beach toys. The house is air conditioned and has a gas fireplace for cooler evenings. Wifi and two smart TV's are provided. Additional parking in front of the garage or in overflow spaces inside the community.

1)Advance reservations for the peak season have to be made for 7 night stays, reservations for shorter periods can be made at the beginning of the summer. Please contact us with your inquiries. We give a discount on stays 7 nights and longer and sometimes for short stays when you are filling a one-or two day vacancy gap in our summer calendar. For parties larger than 8, special permission from the owner is required. Adults must be 28 years or older to rent this house and/or have positive VRBO reviews.
2)There will not be any discounts or refunds
- if you encounter environmental conditions that are outside of our power to predict, change or fix (i.e. weather, road construction, natural disaster, etc.). However, if possible, we may change your booking dates.
-if there is any unforeseen equipment failure in the house. However, we will make every effort to fix the problem immediately and quickly, with the least possible disturbance to your vacation enjoyment. Since we make every effort to keep the house well maintained, equipment failure is highly unlikely.

Summary: We had a great time with our family and my brother’s family. Nice to have 3BA with that many people. Also convenient to have full sized laundry washer and dryer in the townhouse. Kids loved the community pool and play structure. There is a community pickleball/basketball court too! Lake access is a bit tricky but we had additional family at Wapato Point so we could use those facilities as guests. Much appreciation to the property manager Brigitte who was responsive and promptly helped out when we needed a new air mattress for the sofa bed to replace the old one which had started leaking.

Summary: The place was great! It was clean and much bigger than expected. It has an entire suite downstairs (bed + bath + living room) and 2 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms upstairs. All the amenities worked without any issues. The pool is a short walk (<1m) from the front door. I would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Summary: This place was awesome. The pool is a short walk away. The boat launch was less than a mile. Close to grocery store and whole complex was very clean. Loved it and would do it again

Summary: We actually stayed at this place before so obviously we like it a lot. Three bathrooms make a lot of difference to us. Everything is in good order. The only ding this time around is that the toaster was all covered in something from previous guests so we couldn’t use it.The location is very convenient. Community is small so the pool is never overcrowded. No partying going on as all the units are smaller that a typical party house you may end up staying next to. We had to reach out to the owner/manager to help us with the entry code and she was very responsive.

Summary: We chose this local to celebrate my son’s birthday with my parents. We loved the fact that there were three bedrooms and that one was downstairs to give my parents some privacy in the evenings. The location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants. Living space was comfy. The floors were creaky in the hallway, which made it more of a challenge to get past the kids room after they went to sleep. The pool was nice and they had someone checking on it twice a day to make sure it was safe. The most frustrating part of our trip was we got to the rental at 4pm for our check in and they were still cleaning. When the cleaner finished at 430pm, we realized she had been cleaning without a mask on. We understand this was our risk of traveling during COVID, but felt odd since we were in a mandated mask time and Chelan county was only in phase 1.5. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return once out of peak COVID times.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice and clean location. Located at Wapato Ridge which is at the front entrance into Wapato Point Resort. The community felt safe, there is an entrance gate that requires a code at night. The home was spacious with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. It has a downstairs bedroom, bathroom, and family room if you have another couple or teens who want some "space". We couldn't get that particular TV to work, but it might be just for videos, and we didn't give it much of an effort. It was great to have friends staying in Wapato Point Resort, which allowed our teens to enjoy the resort parks, beachfront, tennis courts, basketball, put-put golf, beach front access, indoor pool, etc as their guests. That kept our teens busy biking, skateboarding, and utilizing those amenities as guests spending time with their friends, while we relaxed out at the pool in Wapato Ridge. Checking out is more involved than what we had expected for VRBO. Our timeshare doesn't charge us much at all for cleaning and they don't expect as much either. At this location, guests are expected to clean/wipe down counter-tops, obvious messes, microwave, oven, shut all the windows, lower blinds, start a load of dishes, start a load of towels, empty trash in the bins further in the neighborhood, clean out the BBQ, clean out the coffee maker and all small appliances, etc, spot clean the carpets, put outdoor seat cushions back in the garage, fold sunbrella- replace protective cover, several other items, then text or call the cleaner once you leave. That cuts into the vacation time so I would've appreciated either reduce the cleaning fee of $175 or allow guests to check out an hour later so they can go to a nice breakfast on their last day there and have the extra time to do all of the required check out procedures, The owner waived a $25 cleaning fee since we only had 4 guests and used just the upstairs bedrooms, leaving the downstairs bedroom untouched and not needing to clean. In hindsight, the $25 reduction in cleaning fee was not worth sacrificing the use of that bedroom for the entire week, which provided more seclusion and a peaceful room away from the main kitchen and living room area. Giving up a bedroom (and the bathroom) should come with at least a 1/3rd reduction in the rental fee, because there are 3 rooms and the overall price is for an entire home. All in all a great place to stay and we would consider it again using all rooms!
