There is a large garden which is fully fenced - perfect for the kids to play. The village domain which includes a playground and tennis courts is an easy stroll down the road.
There are lots of walks in the village, including through the Lake Coleridge Village Arboretum to the Rakaia River and the Coleridge Power Station. Further afield lie numerous easily accessed lakes, rivers and mountains all offering great opportunities for exploring.

Summary: Everything we needed kitchen , bathroom and sleeping wise. Lovely area with good views of the mountains and there was a good swimming spot down by the river. Will hopefully be back

Summary: The shower in the bathroom kept falling to bits, it only just sits there and if touched fall to bits, disappointed with the cleanness , the window sills had lots of dead flies, and spider webs, not nice😔

Summary: We loved the stay. So nice to be away from noise and gadgets. Lake a bit further than we realised but river awesome and great swimming and fishing. Cool walks and so nice to be able to bring the dogs. Love to come back sometime.

Summary: This typical weathboard batch was clean and homely. We enjoyed being there and it was very safe and secure for our dog. The facilities were as advertised and we had great times playing the board games they had on the shelf.
